By the age of 50 plus I have had & developed considerable life skills & experiences. I had for some 20 years worked in business for a major international company which has taught me the true value of teamwork, stress management, motivation & communication skills. My work took me to many companies in the UK, Europe & America. My management training in London put me in contact with behavioural psychologists from the University of Westminster and was fascinated by the knowledge they shared about how people acted and reacted to other people & how to become truly empowered, I found this course the inspiration I needed to help people enjoy their life, to help with personal & practical 'changework' to explore the best people & ways of enabling clients to change, to improve!
My formal training started after experiencing hypnotherapy for a personal problem some 20 years earlier and was so fascinated with the hypnotic state & the easy way the problem dissolved. I continue to train with & only with "World Class" performers in their specialist field some are listed below. Although I have a passion for helping people to resolve emotional issues and phobias whether using counselling techniques, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy or Coaching. I also specialise in Improved Performance in all types of Sport & Mental Preparation, Education and Stress Management. I can do one to one sessions, talk to small groups or do presentations for corporate/business/educational related topics.

My training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) was with the well known english stage hypnotist Paul McKenna who works with Richard (author & communication guru) in training & presenting techniques based on modelling the thoughts, feelings, language, mannerisms and behaviours of people who where expert in their specialist field of therapy.
